Later part of November 1984 when BTMI was born. Originally, the group of few students headed by Rev. Artemio Abarcar from the Assemblies of God Bible Institute, Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur moved to Raois, Vigan for their new horizon. A very generous man in nthe person of Mr. Eugenio Fiestan voluntarily donated a portion of his land to accommodate the pilgrims believing that God had entrusted his property to him-thus he said "this land is the Lord's...therfore i want to give him what is due. After a period of building temporary cottages for the students, a chaos caused the pioneers to register a new name in such a way that they can lawfully operate and duly recognize by the government. The name Bible Truth Ministries, Inc. was officially registered at the SEC Nov. 29, 1984 by the ff: incorporators: Artemio Abarcar, Leoncio Duldulao, Delia Magan-an, Eugenio Fiestan (lot donor), Jimmy Lorenzo and Clifford A. Rice. In response to the great commission, Bible truth ministries, Inc. moves with a mission to train young and old people who are called by God to do the work of the ministry. We exists as God`s agent to transform the lives of people by training workers in spreading the good news of salvation and establish churches around the woprlds teaching them to become responsible christians that eventually influence others. As a result of our commitment to serve, BTMI will be recognized as God`s agent for transformed lives. Our churches will demonstrate transformed lives and will be a living testimony that Jesus saves. Our graduates in the training school will be Christian workers of influence in their ministry/churches. We will be known by the majority of evangelical pastors and leaders and will be challenged to adapt our strategy. Since then, every year, the Bible School sends out trained workers commissioned to do the works of the ministry.
