CDO CHURCH OF CHRIST, INC.

Our ministry with God's grace, started way back in the year 1981 when we as partners got married. My wife and I started our evangelical work with some Tablon and Lapasan Christian Believers. But CDO Church of Christ really started as a Christian group when we began fellowshipping at Mindanao Polytechnic State College (MPSC) in the year 1995. We were growing in number in our maiden years. We transferred in three different venues of fellowship at three places namely: Girl Scout of the Phil. Building, Don A. Velez St.,; Twinky's, Don A. Velez St.,; and at Cheers, C.M. Recto Ave.- Capt. V. Roa St. in the years 1996-2002. Still, we maintained, by God's grace, our modest number as a congregation. We went back fellowshipping at MPSC, now Mindanao University of Science and Technology (MUST) from the year 2000 to 2005, we received a donation from one of members of the congregation an approximately 100 sq. m. lot area in which we slowly built a chapel of our own, as the Lord gave blessings of provisions through its committed members. We are located as a church at 180 Centro Kolambog, Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City, more or less 100 meters from ISUZU and NVPAS junction with a signboard "CDO CHURCH OF CHRIST", as registered at the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC). By God's grace, we are determined to be independent, autonomous and self-propagating church serving well the spiritual needs of our members and serving our society as a whole. May God continue to bless us as we serve God in His church.
