The Chosen Assembly of God Ministry International, Inc (CAGMI Inc.). was founded after the sudden death of late Bishop Dr. Johning A. Banggay, PhD D.D. President/Chairman of (CPFMI) Chosen People of Faith Ministry Inc. (Sole) category, in which the duly elected and appointed Sr. Vice President of CPFMI instantly been forcefully grabbed by Ptr. Jemar D. Magsanany, his son-in-law, the former Sr. Vice President who was recently blotted out from the list of Pastors ordered by the President before he died, hence, he had been successfully overtaken the approval of BJCPFMI Presidential seat vacancy succession duly approved the S.E.C. office, Cagayan de Oro City, because Ptr. Benito M. Villetes, Jr. was delayed for one day in endorsing CPFMI legal pertinent papers for filling up the vacant position at the S.E.C. office. At this time, the position of Ptr. Jemar D. Magsanay is still under protest filed by Banggay's heirs. For the main time that the protest is still in the process, the group have came up to the unanimous decision to apply for a new amended/title of organization to be filed to S.E.C. Certificate of Registration, bearing the name of Ptr. Benito M. Villetes, Jr. as President of the new amended name of organization to comply the legal requirement of INDAWAG FOUNDATION INC.,basis for organizational tie-up connection. The endorsement of pertinent papers was formally sent to SEC on line process last February 18, 2020. New set of officers and BOD members were also forwarded the same. Furthermore, the above group was formed intentionally by different denominations of local churches merged with the existing few members of BJ-CPFMI members after the implementation of Baptists Bishop of the Philippines, BBP Chaplaincy, issued by Bishop Jun Loquias, Jr. of Davao City. Lots of pastors joined the organization and for those who has no Ministerial Licence was then adopted by Bishop Johning A. Banggay to qualify as BBP Chaplain, within region 9 and region 10 under BJ CPFMI. Up to this time, some of the CPFMI licensed ministers remained active and supportive to the leadership of Benito M. Villetes, Jr. as Sr. Vice President. That's why the group has decided to register the amended new name for BJ-CPFMI to CHOSEN ASSEMBLY OF GOD MINISTRY INTERNATIONAL, INC. the only name recently adoptable at SEC office for Certificate of Registration.
