CHURCH OF EMMANUEL SALBADOR DEL MUNDO INC. (Formerly: Testamento sa Dios Espirito Sancto Iglesia Filipinista-Cebu Chapter Incorporated)

With the common purpose to serve and spread the words of God, last February 20202, with the covenant of five incorporators, namely; Rev. Baltazar O. Omandam Jr., Rev. Juvy A. Mercado, Angelino S. Canoy, Jay-ar A. Omandam and Jone B. Nercua. Which accordingly, the main church will be at Mindanao and extend its coverage to Cebu City, another church was established at Usocan, Plaridel, Misamis Occidental with active members. It was then finally decided that the President/Head of the church will be Rev. Baltazar O. Omandam Jr.
