ELIM BAPTIST CHURCH OF KALILANGAN, INC.

Elim Baptist Church of Kalilangan, Inc. was registered with SEC in July 2022. Prior to its registration, Pastor Suguipit started the church in 1968 under the name of Kalilangan Fundamental Church with affiliation in Asscociation of Fundamental Baptist Churches in the Philippines. It has school named Kalilangan Bible Baptist Christian Academy, Inc. for children education. Around July 2022, the church applied to Compassion Ministry for sponsorship of children education that could help the children's tuition feed. One of the requirements for their application is SEC registration of the church. When they filed for SEC registration, they found out that they could not use the name Kalilangan Fundamental Baptist Church because of not complying the SEC requirements on that name for than 20 years. The members then applied the name Elim from the bible meaning strong. Thus, Elim Baptist Church of Kalilangan, Inc. was registered with 200 members. Now, they no longer affiliated with Association of Fundamental Baptist Churches in the Philippines. Elim Baptist Church of Kalilangan, Inc. has a school for children (pre-school to Junior High) beside the church. Kalialngan Baptist Christian Academy, Inc. has around 40 students per grade level enrolled at the time.
