Emmanuel Fundamental Baptist Church of Laoag has already established churches in the region, particularly in the towns of Carasi, Piddig, and San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte and one daughter church in the province of Pangasinan, particularly in the town of Basista. Emmanuel Fundamental Baptist Church of Laoag, through its Senior Pastor, Edwin N. Perez and family, and its assistant Pastor, Elmer C. Dumbrique and family, and all its members are committed to fulfill the Great Commission by sharing to all the people about the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
