The name FACOM originated in the year 1953-the coupledom of our family doctrinal motivator who give us inspiration for a sincere adaptation to the value of family faith as basic necessity to seek and fonder the essence of divine love. It all begins in the life of a man whose name "Francisco Acot Mondejar" born on April 10, 1924 and died on March 2, 1990 at the age of 66. During his boyhood specifically at age 9 years old in 1933, his mother died and as a young boy who early lost a maternal inspiration, sorrows and sentiments shrouded the entire hopes to live upon the earth. At the crucial point of indescribable feelings of frustration and dismay, he decided to leave their home living one place to another to find independent living bringing only in him the inspired thoughts that wherever he goes his way, as long as there is an open church in his destination for him to pray. He may have ample chances to survive. God forsakes him not, hence one day at a point of so much hardships and hunger, a crying boy praying in front of the altar of the church was then approached by a missionary Jesuit priest newly assigned in the place. An Irish priest named Rev. Fr. Martin J. Napone interrogated and brought him to the convent, offered foods to eat and finally adopted him and become companion of the priest in serving the church. Francisco became servant of the priest and the church for 20 years straight servitude wherever assignment of the priest. Like a real father, the priest even sent him to school up to secondary education at Musuan University. Until such time, the priest was transferred to San Nicolas Tolentino Parish at Mambajao, Camiguin Province and thereat, Francisco being trusted by the priest, assigned him as fiscal of the church. In 1953, Francisco was already 29 years old when he first requested the priest to have his first visit to his family in Agusan and it earned him merciful approval by the loving priest. At this point, meeting his father, six brothers and two sisters where four of his brother are already married, together with their respective wife and children as well as family friends, Francisco felt the great desire to enter into priesthood but with a love to a woman. Hence, created FACOM where F stands for Francisco and Felicidad, A for Acot the middle name of Francisco, C for Cortes, the middle name of his wife Felicidad, O stands for Ocmen, Felicidad's family name and M for Mondejar, Francisco's family name. The FACOM is a family apostolic covenant ordained mystery is a family/clanistic religion.
