GOD'S VICTORIOUS AMBASSADORS ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHERN BAPTIST CHURCHES INC.

Southern Baptist is a Christian denomination based in the United States of America. It is the world largest Baptist denomination and the largest protestant body in the United States of America. It was established during the Regional Convention of Northern Baptist held in Augusta, Georgia on 1845 after American Civil War. As the years passed by Southern Baptist Church Missionaries were sent to other countries to spread the gospel, on May 3, 1900 Southern Baptist Churches in the Philippines were planted through western missionaries. Presently, the Southern Baptist in the Philippines has three conventions, the Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao conventions. Each convention composed of many associations. The God's Victorious Ambassadors Association of Southern Baptist Churches Incorporated (GVAA-SBCI) is one of the associations under the Conventions in Visayas and Mindanao Southern Baptist Churches Inc.-CVMCI. GVAA-SBCI is composed of fifty five (55) Southern Baptist Churches within Agusan del Sur area. Presently, the association continue to spread the gospel and conduct church services within their area of jurisdiction.
