History:
Year 1999, under the IRM headed by Ptr. Dennis Guballa, Deac Marlyn Baltazar and Deac Irene Baltazar. were lead by the Lord to share the Gospel of salvation at Payapa, San Carlos City, Pangasinan. Not after long, they began a Bible Study at the residence of brother and sister Rogelio Tamondong. Many people were encouraged to attend the said activity, and one of them were the couples Mr. and Mrs. Felimon Bugayong. Until they had decided to open their house of worship service.
During January 2014, it was an unexpected blessing from the Lord extended to Ptr. George including the congregation of AGHEC. Ptr. Daniel Capones was used by God to be the bridge for us to meet the person , Rev. Jung Heuie Kang; a missionary Pastor from Korea headed by Dr. Yoo Man Seuk who gave financial support for the church building. March 26, 2014, they started the construction of AGHEC church. By the grace and provision of God, AGHEC Payapa has now daughter churches placed in Bayoyong, Basista, and Libas, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
