The Reverend of New Covenant Church Inc.

It all started with eight spiritually hunger persons gathered together to worship and study the word of God, they were unchurched people. They gathered together at Pastor Jayram's residence, and everytime during their worship they always experienced the presence of God hover in their place, it was a moved of the Holy Spirit. And because of that they increased in number from eight to fifty persons, It happened that there was one family in the group who has relative, a Pastor of Christ the healer church pioneered at Davao City so the group under the leadership of Pastor Jay Ram O. Achacoso decided to affiliate to the said church to acquire an identity. The group did not only have a name and identity but a culture as well. Later on the church adopted the system and it grows in number until it reaches to more than two hundred members, for three years the church members were very committed, devoted and submissive to their Pastor, they were so passionate to God and compassionate to people but as time goes by on its fourth year Pastor Jay and some of the members observed that there was an unusual change with regards to the christian belief imposed by the Senior Pastor of Christ the Healer Church in Davao and since we affiliated to them we need to adopt their new belief even if it is against to the will of the members and to Pastor Jay. Unknowingly due to some changes, some of the members slowly left the church. Until on its fifth year of existence Pastor Jay received a fresh revelation from the Lord about how the GRACE of God works in the lives of the people and that according to Ephes.2:8 "For it is by Grace you have been saved, through Faith and not by woks, so that no one can boast.". and such revelation was confirmed when Pastor Jay Ram met one of the pastor from other church and he was looking a venue for a retreat themed as "Unveiling Christ" there were speakers, all are Pastors from different Christian churches at Davao City joined together for a cause to revive people and unveil Jesus Christ to the heart of the Christians. Indeed the encounter retreat was an amazing experience for the church and for our pastor. Eventually, a deep longing and thirst to the soul and spirit of our Pastor made him realized that all his questions has been answered. After he prayed and talk to God, Pastor Jay came up with a decision to built an independent church. He asked permission from the Senior Pastor of Christ the healer church to stop the church affiliation and became independent and it was absolutely granted. God revealed to him a new name of the church which is The New Covenant Church Inc. With a life verse found in Proverbs 8:35-36 "Whoever finds me finds life and finds favor form the Lord, but those who fails to find me love death.' and by Gods grace and Ministry of New Covenant Church extended to NCC Carmen, NCC Baloy CDO and Tagoloan they gather as house church some members here and abroud will watch only in our online Sunday Service to the reason that said pandemic still here...the Call of God and having a heavenly vision by his mercy and Grace the New Covenant Church Gingoog will on going and growing...
