SOLID ROCK CHRISTIAN OUTREACH CENTER INC.

In July 2004, while gathering adults and young people at Piddig, Ilocos Norte, God spoke to Rev. Walden Albano to open a house church and teach Biblical truths. The organization started as a house church at Pascual Residence. The first service was held on July 11, 2004 with 15 member. Pastro Albano has delegations from Laoag City and most of the members from Piddig are former members of Church of Our Savior - Laoag. The church is affiliated with Christian Outreach Centre, Inc. National under the chairmanship of Rev. Renato Tabaco, and with sister churches from Carasi, Solsolna, and Vintar. Young people were trained to become the Music Team. The church has initially acquired musical instruments sourced out from donations among members. After seven years of pastoral leadership, Rev. Munar was replaced by Rev. Fernando Balino who was then assigned at COC Solsona. Rev. Balino assumed leadership in COC Piddig on February 2013. With Rev. Balino's leadership, the dream church building was initially constructed in 2014. The organization is formally registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission in 2019 with the name Solid Rock Christian Outreach Center Inc. (SRCOCI). At present, sister churches are SRCOC Solsona, SRCOC Carasi and SRCOC Dingras. The church departments include Christian Education Department, Adult Department, Youth Department, Cell Group Department, Benovolence Department and Evangelism Department. The organization has continue to grow and look forward to the destiny to which God has called them. All of the leaders have a background in ministry and teaching. Some have years of church involvement and ministry.
